We are less then a week away from the 32nd Annual Sioux Empire Round-up! We are in the home stretch and are excited to have this year’s round up become reality! As a committee, we have a couple of updates to share: -The round-up will be in-person only. There is no virtual option for attendance. -Face masks will be available at the registration desk. Per hotel requirement, face masks need to be worn in common areas including the lobby. -Hand sanitizer is available and will be accessible in multiple locations. -Please be considerate of others when attending this year’s round up. We are thrilled to have our annual round up in person and ask for your cooperation with any guidelines or suggestions pertaining to the health and safety of all attendees.
We are excited for the upcoming Round-up!
The committee has been busy working to provide a safe and fun weekend of speakers and fellowship for this year’s Round-up. The theme, God Makes That Possible, rings true this year, now more then ever. With last year’s event being canceled at the last minute followed by a year of postponements, cancellations, and uncertainty; acknowledging a Higher Power aiding us through it, isn’t always easy. But we do it.
Thank you for supporting the Sioux Empire Round-up each year and we can’t wait to present our 32nd Annual line of speakers! Please check back on this website, we will keep everyone posted with any updates as we get closer to the date.
Thank you! Mallory K Committee Chairperson
Statement of Anonymity
There may be some here who may not be familiar with our tradition of anonymity. Anonymity is the guardian of all our traditions. Experience tells us that personal anonymity before the public is just as vital to the life of AA as sobriety is to the life of each member. Our name, Alcoholics Anonymous, assures you that your anonymity will be respected. In return, we ask that any names and stories that you hear this weekend be kept in confidence when you leave this hall. Whom you see here, What you hear here, please let it stay here.
